From Procurement to Production

OSDA’s turnkey production handles sourcing, assembly, and testing so you can focus on innovation.

Fast, compliant, and seamless end-to-end manufacturing solutions

OSDA’s turnkey production services simplify the path from design to finished assemblies. By managing everything from component procurement and supply chain logistics to assembly and testing, we give customers the flexibility to focus on innovation instead of sourcing and coordination. Whether you prefer a fully turnkey solution or a mix of consigned materials, OSDA adapts to your needs.

With a large in-house inventory of components and long-standing supplier partnerships, we reduce lead times and keep projects moving. Combined with lean manufacturing practices, RoHS-compliant processes, and certified quality systems, our turnkey production ensures every assembly is built right the first time — from rapid prototypes through full production runs.

A Full-Service Electronics Assembly Manufacturing Company

OSDA’s turnkey production services provide a complete path from design files to finished assemblies. Customers can electronically transfer plans, and our team handles everything from component procurement to assembly and testing with minimal documentation and maximum speed. This one-stop approach eliminates the complexity of managing multiple suppliers while ensuring that every build is consistent and reliable.

A major advantage of our turnkey model is the ability to draw from a large in-house inventory of parts, which shortens lead times and accelerates schedules. When additional components are required, OSDA procures them quickly through long-standing supplier relationships. We also provide manufacturability reports, helping customers optimize designs for cost, quality, and smooth transition to volume production. Beyond new builds, OSDA offers complete management of obsolete spare parts programs, ensuring long-term support for legacy products.

OSDA is equally experienced in scaling from prototypes to full production runs. Our facility houses three world-class SMT lines with Fuji pick-and-place technology capable of more than 1,000,000 placements per day. In addition, our Pillarhouse selective soldering machine delivers precise, automated control — an essential advantage for high-quality throughput on mixed-technology boards.

For larger production orders, OSDA supports Kanban scheduling to ensure steady supply and on-time delivery. Whether it’s a beta run or a repeat production order, our customers receive consistent quality backed by ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certifications, RoHS-compliant processes, and a culture of lean, continuous improvement. This commitment extends across both SMT and thru-hole assemblies, so every build meets the same high standards. Combined with advanced equipment, proven systems, and flexible service models, OSDA is a trusted partner for both turnkey and production needs.

Flexible Engagement Models: Turnkey or Consignment

At OSDA, flexibility is central to how we work with customers. While many rely on our full turnkey production services for complete component sourcing, others prefer a consignment model, where they provide some or all of the parts and we handle the assembly. In both cases, our quality, service, and delivery remain the same across SMT and thru-hole assemblies.

  • 1–3 day turnaround for rapid builds
  • Lead-free (RoHS) manufacturing
  • Functional testing for performance assurance
  • Thorough review of consigned kits upon receipt
  • Audit report within 24 hours to confirm completeness
  • Kanban services available for larger or ongoing orders
  • Responsive communication at every stage of the process
