OSDA’s capability for rapid prototyping and new product introduction is one of our core competencies. OSDA has been providing this service for over 18 years, so you can depend on this experience to get your product to market in the shortest time possible. We draw from our large inventory of parts and use the most efficient processes in the industry to provide quick one, two or three day turn-around to expedite your product to market.
We guarantee assembly and delivery of printed circuit board assemblies from standard delivery of two weeks to 24 hours, after receipt of all materials. We have taken lean manufacturing and combined it with just in time inventory processing to streamline our supply chain, ultimately creating a unique synergy on our factory floor that accommodates all of OSDA’s premium orders.
Prototyping with OSDA
- One, two or three day turn-around; after all materials are received.
- Lead-free (RoHS) manufacturing.
- Customers may electronically transfer design specifications – we can use any ASCII file and if Bill of Materials is not fully documented, OSDA engineers work with you to finalize BOM documentation.
- OSDA provides a manufacturability report to help you get the lowest cost, highest quality product when you go to production.
