Manufacturability Review

One of the services OSDA provides is to review your product for compliance to industry standards, specifically IPC 610, during the building of the prototype. Doing this allows us to provide you with the information you need to correct these issues, before you go to production. This not only saves you time to market for new products, it also may improve your quality and costs.

Since OSDA builds EVERY product with the same automated equipment, whether a 1 piece prototype or a 500 piece run, problems come to the surface quickly! We look for BOM issues, component footprint sizing, components too near the edge of the board, to name a few.
