AIMEX III FUJI Flexible Placement Platforms

OSDA’s AIMEX III FUJI Flexible Placement Platforms are up and running! This will allow us to continue operating as the premier quick turn EMS in the North East. OSDA has acquired this state of the art equipment for flexibility and quick turn-around of printed circuit board assemblies. The AIMEX will reduce set up times, by an estimated 10 – 20 %, able to place 01005” components and capable of placing 135,000 to 188,000 components per hour. Sadly: we will be retiring our faithful, but, Senior Siemens line. Now that the line is fully functional come and give us a visit and see what we can do for YOU.
